If there’s one thing guaranteed to make laundry just that little bit more bearable, it’s a rippling torso. It’s also guaranteed to get the ladies at DADA in a right lather as we found out yesterday when we recreated the classic 1985 Levis Advert to launch a series of itison.com events in laundrettes.

Recreating this piece of classic television history on its 25th anniversary wasn’t easy though, especially when your model wasn’t even born in 1985. Feel old? We did.

The photo-shoot was about more than just getting steamy in the laundrette - we were there to launch Laundry Night, our new spin on a bygone social hub.

Laundry Night kicks off on Thursday, September 16th with delicious Tea Time Martinis courtesy of The Blind Pig, lashings of retro tunes from west end DJ Granny Would Be Loud and a free load of laundry.
